KM’s Whiskey Ginger

Ingredients

2 shots Bulleit Bourbon
1 single shot white port wine
1/2 shot lime juice
6 slices peeled ginger
1 bottle ginger sparkling water
4 slices lime
Ice

 

Equipment

1 cocktail jigger
3 glasses
1 muddler
1 stirring spoon
1 strainer

  

  1. Add slice of ginger and lime into a glass and lightly muddle until fragrant
  2. Add whiskey, port & lime juice. Add ice cubes to above level of the liquid. Stir for 10 seconds.
  3. Strain into two glasses, add ice cubes, top with tonic & garnish with lime slice.
  4. Enjoy!
