How do I customize my box?
Each box is a specially curated experience that is native to a modern or traditional tea culture. We pair two types of tea to the selected snack within the box, a pure leaf tea or a flavored tea. You can choose which tea you prefer and which frequency you wish to receive it.
What do I get in a tea box?
When you subscribe you receive: 1 type of tea (6 - 10 single servings), a tea filter, a treat/s (a snack item), access to a themed music playlist, a conversation starter and/or recipe (depending on your box choice), plus your choice of teaware*.
* Please note all items except teaware are refilled on a monthly basis. Teaware is refreshed seasonally.
What do I get when I order loose tea?
You receive: 2 or 4 Ounces of your preferred tea.
When does my first box arrive?
It takes us sometime to find all the great teas and ingredients we place inside each box. So our tea boxes will be dispatched after 48 hours and our teas after 24 hours of receiving your order and will typically arrive to you between 3 to 8 business days, depending on where you live.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Simple. All you need to do is send us a message via our contact page and we will process your cancellation and contact you directly.
What is your refund policy?
All tea box subscription cancellations need to be received before the end of the month prior to the requested cancellation in order to be eligible for a refund, e.g. to cancel your March box then you would need to request a cancellation before the last week day of February. If the cancellation is received after this date or the order of tea or tea boxes has already dispatched then cancellations for the specific items are non-refundable. Sale of gift cards are final and non-refundable.
How do I gift T&Co. products?
You can gift a T&You box and choose the duration of the subscription or purchase a gift card and then enter the email/shipping address of the recipient in the value of $50 or $100 or you can purchase loose tea or a tea subscription and enter their mailing address after opting to make a one time purchase.
How do I track my order?
Once the order has dispatched. You will receive a confirmation e-mail,that includes a 22 digit USPS Tracking number. Enter it into the search bar at: https://www.usps.com to follow the progress of your shipment.
