SIPP

This tea is made from camellia sinensis assamica and not camellia sinensis sinensis as is traditional of typical green teas from China and Japan. It is therefore quite robust and steeps to a darker liquor.

Caffeine Level - Low

Steeping Notes - Brisk, lively

 - Use 1 teaspoon of tea per cup and steep at 80˚ C for 2 - 3 minutes OR

- Use 1 teaspoon of loose tea per cup of cold water, then cover and leave in the fridge for 4-6 hours, strain and serve.
